GAVI, the European Union, and the Gates Foundation hosted the Global Summit: Health & Prosperity through Immunisation in June 2025. The meeting secured secured over $9 billion in pledges toward Gavi’s next strategic period (2026–2030), dedicating resources to global vaccine access, vaccine stockpiles, and epidemic response, and addressing the vaccine marketplace and financial models.
